Job Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the technical service-related operations of the organization. This role ensures that physical inventory levels are maintained, engineering, IT, and maintenance staff are effectively managed, and operational processes are optimized to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management:
- Manage technical service operations, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
- Monitor and replenish physical inventory levels to maintain adequate stock.
- Oversee the work of engineering, IT, and maintenance staff to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and quality project completion.
- Design and implement improved processes or operational policies.
- Recommend changes to products or services to address customer needs.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and direct the work of team members, providing guidance and support.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience
