High school diploma or higher education
- Purchasing parts for location
- myBUY purchasing
- Coordinate Hotel stays for Transport
- GCS/LCA/EIOS Tasks for Location (shared)
- OT Sheets print out and post for location
- Posting on Digital Comms on Monitors
- APS - receiving equipment
- National Account Tracking SOP Creation/ Management
- Bill Pay for location - PCard when needed
- Quarantine Process Control
- Transfer Management - between locations
- Inventory Management - PEL
- Parts Support - Reporting
- Refrigeration Management/Keying Paperwork
- Equipment/Project Management Support Approvals/ Warranty
- Process Support Comms out to Field/Sales about equipment
- Local Event Support (Like EAW, Facility Meetings, Etc)
- FOBO Transfers and manual tracking
- Calero - Device management
- Location Safety Door Access Management
- Pest Control Management
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 7am- 4pm
