Our client, a top ENR-ranked, employee-owned construction firm, is looking for Senior/Lead Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents to oversee major $100M - $200M+ Higher Education, Public, & Municipal projects in the Tallahassee and Florida Panhandle region. This is your chance to work on career-defining projects with long-term clients!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of jobsite safety, quality control, scheduling, and cost management for large-scale projects.
- Manage relationships with architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- For Assistant Superintendents: Gain hands-on experience in supervision and field engineering roles on a variety of project types, from commercial to institutional and healthcare.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Senior/Lead Superintendent: Proven experience leading construction projects in Commercial, Institutional, Education, Healthcare, Public, or Correctional sectors.
- Assistant Superintendent: Experience in supervision or field engineering across similar sectors.
- Ability to manage complex timelines, safety protocols, and project plans.
- Relocation assistance available for candidates outside the region!
