Our company is looking for a high-end residential project manager who has experience with ground up build. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed to specifications
• Oversee the construction process, including site preparation, foundation work, framing, electrical and plumbing installation, and finishing work
• Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with building codes and regulations
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues
• Manage project teams, including subcontractors and vendors, to ensure that work is completed on time and to quality standards
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure that work is being completed to specifications
• Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed on construction sites
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Project Management in the Construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
• Experience with project budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with estimating and bidding on construction projects
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
