Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator at General Ceilings and Partitions in Colorado Springs, CO. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for products, projects, or services.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents
- Knowledge of metal framing, drywall, and acoustical systems preferred
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Previous experience in estimating or related field
- Driver’s license required
- Successfully pass national criminal background check & motor vehicle report check
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus
