Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in all phases of employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, and other employment-related claims.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school(Preferably top 50).
- Admitted to practice law in the state of California.
- 3+ years of experience in employment litigation, preferably in a defense setting.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
Salary: $160k - $240k + Benefits
