Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responds to inquiries and requests from internal and external customers, including policy owners, financial advisors, and producers.
- Completes customer requests accurately and promptly using appropriate systems/applications.
- Builds strong customer relationships, fostering trust and confidence for a positive experience
- Communicates clearly and confidently to deliver excellent customer service.
- Records all call-related information for reporting purposes.
- Resolves inquiries requiring research or additional information, providing timely follow-up
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong research abilities and follow-up skills to resolve sensitive issues.
- Proficient with web-based applications and Microsoft Office; able to navigate multiple systems independently.
