Our client is seeking a dynamic Leasing Associate to join their team and make a significant impact in their Victorville and Palmdale communities. This role involves touring prospects, closing leases, and ensuring a smooth move-in process.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and tour prospective residents, highlighting community features.
- Close leases and handle all related paperwork and applications.
- Ensure apartments are move-in ready on the agreed date.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up with prospects.
- Assist in planning resident events and gather market competition data.
- Adhere to all relevant laws and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in property management is a plus, must have leasing experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with YARDI® is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of landlord/tenant laws and Fair Housing regulations.
