Position Overview:
Evolve is seeking a skilled Construction Litigation Attorney to join construction litigation and transactional practice at an AmLaw 100 law firm. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-stakes construction cases, including complex disputes in both state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations. The position also includes some transactional work, such as negotiating contracts related to design, construction, and development. While experience in both litigation and transactional work is preferred, candidates with a strong focus on litigation will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Construction Litigation Attorney, you will:
- Handle complex construction litigation and arbitration cases, strategically managing each case from start to finish.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts related to construction projects.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on intricate legal and factual issues.
- Collaborate effectively within a team while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contributing to the long-term growth of the practice.
Qualifications & Experience:
The ideal Construction Litigation Attorney candidate will have:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in construction litigation, with some exposure to transactional work being beneficial.
- A degree from a nationally recognized law school, graduating in the top 10% of the class.
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- A strategic and analytical approach, with the ability to handle multiple cases and tasks efficiently.
- Admission to The Georgia Bar or eligibility for admission in the near future.
