We are partnering with a 100-person MSP that is committed to driving innovation and delivering cutting-edge technology solutions to its clients. We are looking for an experienced Strategic Advisor/vCIO to join its team in Brooklyn. This role is pivotal in guiding clients through digital transformation and aligning technology with their business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with clients’ business objectives.
- Provide expert advice on technology trends, best practices, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with clients to assess their current IT infrastructure and recommend improvements.
- Oversee IT budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor management.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives, ensuring effective project management and stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of IT investments and operations.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry developments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a VCIO, Strategic Advisor or senior IT leadership role.
- Strong understanding of IT strategy, infrastructure, and operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
- Familiarity with compliance and security regulations.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, or similar) are a plus.
This role will be on a hybrid basis, with on-site presence required once a week. We have a base salary between $140,000-$150,000.
