Job Description
Our client's expansion plan is broken down into two phases. The first phase will identify and implement short-term utility infrastructure solutions that will be integrated into the second phase of long-term, expandable utility infrastructure solutions. The two-phase project will deliver short-and long-term utilities infrastructure solutions to support planned long term development growth. This work is predicated on completing a comprehensive master plan that identifies future building locations and utility corridors. The project will foster a holistic approach to future infrastructure development. The approach will ensure the completion of requisite planning, financial, and engineering studies to define the specific projects needed to support growth. This process will focus on optimizing several objectives that are critically important to the campus: - Infrastructure Flexibility and Resiliency - Sustainability and Carbon Reduction - Financial Optimization - Planning for Future Campus Resiliency and Growth
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
