Release Lead/Scrum Master

Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 Remote
Top Requirements:
- Agile Scrum Master and Release Management Experience
- Experience working with product structure
- Large Banking Industry experience (preferred)
- Experience in change management (understanding what tools are needed and the policies associated with change)
- Experience with ECM policies
- Strong Communication Skills

Responsibilities/Day to Day:
- This team is looking for an Agile Scrum Master/Release Lead. Background as a product owner is helpful, but this person must have experience working with product structure, change management, and understanding tools/policies associated with change
- ServiceNow experience would be a plus for tracking changes
- Experience in ECM policies
- This person must have some analytics ability to take data and create visualization
- This person will be communicating with leadership/stakeholders on how they are with any changes and delivery
- This person will be leading and facilitating some of the product level with Scrum Masters, focusing on engagement at the L2, L3 level
- This person is responsible for scheduling releases and changes and partnering with the business to share on a weekly basis any updates (command center style). This could also be a plan in Jira where the team can look ahead at the upcoming weeks for features delivered, value, meeting policies associated with changes
- Being familiar with how to create a change if need be is a big plus but can be taught in the role
- Having a project management background with an understanding of the implementation side of delivery and changes is a big plus
