Summary:
Our client is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join their U.S. Product Team. This role will be integral in leading strategic technology projects, including implementing third-party solutions and developing in-house products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, gaining a deep understanding of the business to craft and deliver digital solutions that address business needs and solve key challenges. This role is also essential in driving the launch of new solutions and product features.
Responsibilities:
- Cross-functional Partnership: Collaborate with Program Management, IT, Product Development, business units, and customers to support software project delivery that aligns with strategic business goals.
- Business Understanding: Work closely with customers to gain a comprehensive understanding of business processes and needs.
- Process Documentation and Analysis: Document and analyze end-to-end business processes to redesign workflows and implement process automation.
- Process Transformation: Translate current (as-is) processes into future (to-be) states to fully leverage new software features.
- Connect Business and Customer Needs: Continuously communicate how business process designs meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Requirements and Prioritization: Apply methodologies to document and prioritize business needs, requirements, and challenges.
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs for software launches, analyze outcomes, and recommend data-driven optimizations and improvements.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong background in business process mapping, workflow implementation, and automation.
- Software Life-cycle: Hands-on experience in full software life-cycle implementation, including upgrades, support, and post-go-live activities.
- Data Analysis: Proficient in data analysis to drive informed decision-making.
- Proven Impact: Track record of delivering market-leading design solutions that create strategic value.
- Education: Post-secondary education in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience in real estate or homeowners' association industries.
- Familiarity with PropTech or FinTech.
- Certification in Lean/Six Sigma or Business Process Management.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English.
Location:
- The ideal candidate will:
- Reside in Florida, preferably Miami.
- Be able to work from or visit the corporate office in Miami.
- Be available to visit various property sites as needed.
