Job Title: Personnel Administrator

Job Purpose:
Providing administrative support to the HR unit, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of personnel records, and assisting in HR-related tasks.
- Highest level of confidentiality and access to information which unauthorized disclosure could be expected to have a severe or catastrophic adverse effect on organizational operations, organizational assets, or individuals.
Key Accountabilities:
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date personnel records for all employees.
- Ensures the confidentiality and security of personnel files and information.
- Assists in data entry and documentation related to employee onboarding, changes, and separations.
- Prepares and updates HR-related documents, including employment contracts and offer letters.
- Assists in ensuring HR policies and practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Supports audits and compliance reporting as needed.
- Assists in the onboarding process, including the preparation of new hire paperwork and orientation materials.
- Coordinates logistics for new employee orientations.
- Maintains records of employee attendance, leave, and time-off requests.
- Assists in the administration of leave policies and processes.
- Strictly follows established environmental, health, safety and quality policies and procedures in order to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/services and a responsible environmental attitude.
- Undertakes accountabilities in the operational excellence process as set out in the schedule of responsibilities.
- Contributes to the processes of continuous improvement for the area assigned.
- Performs any other relevant task as directed by Superintendent Recruitment.
Minimum Requirements:
1-3 years related experience covering HR administration in oil & gas sector organization.
Academic background includes a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
