Title: Business Systems Analyst I
Duration: 12+ months (Possibility of Extension)
Location: Columbia, SC (Hybrid - Tuesday and Wednesday, and as needed)
C2 Clearance needed
A typical day
• Primary responsible for defining and documenting system business requirements.
• Work directly with clients to understand the individual needs of the business.
• Perform research and analysis in order to come up with solutions to business problems and help to introduce these solutions to businesses and their clients.

Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other job related field. or 4 years of job related work experience or 2 years of job related experience plus an associate’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or other job related degree
Required Work Experience: 2 years of IT business analysis experience.
Preferred Software and Other Tools: Visio, MS Project or similar software, data mining using DB2, SQL, and/or other tools.
Preferred Work Experience: Job related experience with government business and/or the client's companies.
Preferred Licenses and Certificates: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), HIPAA, LOMA.
