We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Machinery Maintenance Technician / Millwright to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair machinery to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications:
- High school or equivalent technical certification.
- 5 years of proven experience as a machinery maintenance technician. Highly preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Previous work with GMAO is preferred.
- Knowledge in hydraulic, pneumatic, electricity and mechanic. Highly preferred.
- Electrical diagrams interpretation.
- Must be fluent in English and preferably has some Spanish speaking skills.
- Proficiency in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Welding and fabrication skills are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to work in different shifts.

- Ensuring the smooth operation and longevity of machinery and facilities within the organization.
- Preventive Maintenance.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosis electrical and mechanical.
- New equipment installation.
- Repair and Maintenance.
- Spares inventory.
- Documentation and reporting.
- Coordination with maintenance suppliers.
- Safety and compliance.
