Responsibilities:
* Support up to 3 EVP's to ensure optimal workflow, efficiency, and time management. This will include strategically coordinating and prioritizing complex schedules with various internal and external partners and always anticipating next steps
* Heavy calendar management, constant need to pivot
* Travel planning and organization
* Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
* Manage communication/meetings between upper management and employees, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks
* Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
* Organize team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite
* Fax, print, scan
* Lunch runs as needed
* Manage expense reports
* Order office supplies
Qualifications:
* Experience working under pressure and managing multiple, competing tasks and priorities
* Superior organizational skills and detail oriented
* Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills
* Ability to draft, proofread and edit documents for spelling, grammar, and punctuation
* Previous experience supporting EVP/C-Suite level
* Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, Concur, Outlook
* High degree of personal and professional integrity and the ability to work with sensitive or confidential information
* Agile mindset - with the ability to successfully manage competing priorities
* Actively participates and collaborates with others on one's own team and across the company for the achievement of business goals
* Clearly conveys and accurately receives information by a variety of methods and in various situations
* Banking experience highly preferred

* Strong experience with Zoom scheduling/meetings
