Responsibilities and Duties
The Senior Integration Engineer will be responsible for integrating and testing autonomy software and algorithms on various robotic platforms, ranging from small drones to full-scale helicopters. This role emphasizes integration in software-in-the-loop, hardware-in-the-loop, and field testing environments. Senior engineers are expected to provide technical leadership, either through team management or subject matter expertise, guiding projects from initial concept to final production.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of industry experience in robotics or autonomous flight systems
- Solid background in avionics
- Expertise in integrating and field-testing robotic systems
- Proficient in sensor configuration and data processing, including RGB and IR cameras, lidar, and radar
- Strong C++ design and programming skills
- Experience with ROS or ROS2
- Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages
- Experience in software benchmarking, optimization, and multi-threaded development
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices and the software development lifecycle
- Comfortable working in a Linux development environment
- Willingness to travel and participate in fieldwork
Preferred Additional Skills
- Master's or Ph.D. in Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience designing modular, testable, and extensible C++ APIs
- Experience with MIPI camera integration
- Proven leadership experience, including team management and mentoring
- Ability to lead technical projects within budget and time constraints
