- $107-162k DOE, with annual bonus

Responsibilities:
- Lead the value stream team, fostering collaboration and growth.
- Oversee performance in safety, quality, delivery, responsiveness, and cost, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Manage budget, capital plans, and staffing to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage financial performance, collaborating with sales and purchasing for forecasting and planning.
- Collaborate with departments such as engineering, HR, finance, and sales to optimize strategies and product life cycle processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of operations or operational support leadership in manufacturing.
- Experience in lean manufacturing, quality standards, and contemporary operational practices.
- Strong operational strategy design and implementation skills.
- Solid financial knowledge and leadership skills.
