Responsibilities
·Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, practices, and roles, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
·Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder team productivity and delivery, escalating issues as needed and collaborating with cross-functional teams to find solutions.
·Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile coaches to share best practices, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
·Stay current with Agile methodologies, industry trends, and ServiceNow platform updates, and contribute to the evolution of Agile practices within the organization.
Technical Skill Requirements:
· 6-10 years of Scrum Master experience
· Knowledge of Agile tools such JIRA, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow Agile is a must
· Exposure to leading ServiceNow projects as a Scrum Master is a must.
· Hands on Experience on ServiceNow Agile management 2.0 and reporting is a must.
· Knowledge of other Agile approaches, like SAFe Agile, Kanban Preferred
Tools and Certifications Preferred
· JIRA, ServiceNow Agile Development 2.0 etc.
· Scrum master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM)
· ITIL Certification
· ServiceNow certifications in customer workflows.
· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
