Technical Support Specialist – Join Our Fun, Innovative Team!

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing expert technical support and troubleshooting for our machines—your primary mission is happy customers!
- Reviewing customer-submitted samples and crafting detailed technical reports with machine recommendations.
- Assisting customers, reps, and distributors with machine setup, programming, and application reviews via phone.
- Offering hands-on training both in-house and at customer sites (sometimes internationally!).
- Working with the Service and Group Training teams to install, maintain, and service equipment at customer locations.
- Representing our company at trade shows and helping us show off our awesome machines.
- Maintaining our demo room so it’s always show-ready for customer visits.
- Becoming the go-to expert for our product line (don’t worry, we’ll train you!).

What We’re Looking For:
- A 2-year technical degree and 3 years of related experience (or equivalent mix of education and experience).
- Strong technical aptitude in both mechanical and electrical fields
- Excellent customer service skills—whether over the phone or in person, you’re a pro at making customers feel valued.
- Ability to multitask like a champ!
- A neat and professional appearance (you’ll be our face at trade shows!).
- A valid driver’s license and passport—international travel might pop up!
When You’ll Work:
Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm—plus the occasional evening if needed (don’t worry, we’re flexible).
