Day to day duties:
Engage directly with customers to address concerns related to part
deviations, particularly with high-value components
Handle customer communications regarding issues such as cosmetic
blemishes, ensuring they understand that such imperfections do not
impact performance
Negotiate solutions with customers, including offering discounts or
other compensations, to maintain customer satisfaction and trust
Confidently discuss technical details, including gearing terminology
and industry-specific language, with customers to ensure clear
communication and understanding
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing
reassurance and demonstrating expertise in handling product-related
issues
Heavy customer facing and auditing duties.
