Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30/5:00 PM
Responsibilities
Working closely with the CFO providing administrative support in the following areas:
- Submitting customs documentation in customer and factory portals
- Order entry
- Pulling and cutting Purchase Orders from customer portals
- Submitting commercial and international invoices
- Freight forwarding support including commercial invoicing, customer coordination and packing lists
Other tasks may include
- Credit card preauthorization
- Sales tax remittance
- Order entry
Qualifications
- Experience providing administrative support in a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing setting
- Prefer but not requiring candidates who have experience with SAGE software and/or providing administrative support in a finance department
