Our Client, a growing and well-established Civil Engineering Land Development firm, is seeking talented individuals to join their Orlando office as a Project Designer. Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake design tasks for Land Development projects with minimal supervision
- Collaborate effectively with clients, agencies, and internal teams
- Apply Civil Engineering design principles to develop project plans
- Utilize AutoCAD 2018+ and Civil3D for project design
- Ensure timely communication and delivery of project updates
- Work on diverse project types such as Educational Facilities, Medical Facilities, Multi-Family Developments, and Commercial Properties
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years Civil Engineering experience
- 2 + years Proficiency in AutoCAD 2018+ and Civil3D
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Basic understanding of Civil Engineering concepts related to Land Development, including water quality, hydrology, and hydraulics
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in a professional setting
- Able to operate from the office location Monday through Thursday
- Current residency in the Orlando area; candidates outside a commutable driving distance will not be considered.
