Implementation Lead – Digital Workspace Solutions
Intepros seeking a highly skilled and experienced Implementation Lead for one of their valued clients to oversee the deployment of cutting-edge digital workspace solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading technology rollouts involving both hardware and software in workplace environments. This role will focus on managing the end-to-end execution of technology projects, from initial planning and testing through to deployment and post-launch support. The Implementation Lead will work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure the seamless integration and adoption of new technologies that enhance workplace collaboration and productivity. A strong understanding of Workspace Technologies/Solutions, including AV technology, digital signage, and Surface Hubs, is essential.
Implementation Lead – Digital Workspace Solutions Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of digital workspace technology implementations, including planning, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.
- Oversee large-scale, multi-location deployments that integrate both hardware and software solutions to create a cohesive digital workspace experience.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful delivery and integration of new technologies, providing technical guidance and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive operational turnover documentation to ensure a smooth transition from deployment to ongoing support.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and alignment across teams to drive project success.
- Utilize data insights and usage metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of deployed tools and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience leading global implementations of digital workspace technologies, with a proven track record of managing large-scale technology rollouts in multi-site environments.
- Deep knowledge of Workspace Technologies/Solutions, including AV technology, digital signage, and Surface Hubs.
- Strong technical operations experience, with the ability to manage projects from initial deployment through post-launch support.
- Demonstrated expertise in coordinating with vendors and managing stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and drive alignment towards common goals.
- Ability to create, manage, and maintain operational documentation to support project success and post-implementation processes.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with incident management tools like ServiceNow for handling post-implementation issues and ensuring swift resolution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and present data insights and usage metrics to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
