Product/Project Manager
Large Telecommunications Client
Charlotte, NC - 4 days onsite, 1 Remote
Duration: 12-18 month contract to hire
Top Requirements:
- 7+ years as a Product Manager or IT Project Manager (with Product Experience)
- Telecommunications Industry Experience (REQUIRED)
- Customer Product Journey Experience
- Agile Experience
Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics:
This person will be joining our clients Billing Operations group and will be managing the overall integration of our clients new Billing System, Ascendon Platform. This platform will be for our client's Consumer Apps ecosystem. This person will be in charge of managing and reporting on the timeline, risks, release schedule, release summary/notes, etc. Will work closely with the Agile Release Planning teams to coordinate and manage product development, implementation, integration, and new feature role outs for new Ascendon Billing system. Will not be overseeing primary development more of just overseeing the integration.
It is important for this person to have context and understanding of telecom service provider business processes products
Requirements:
1. 5-7 years of Technical Product/ Project Management Experience
2. Technical Knowledge and understanding of Telecom Service provider business processes and customer product journeys
3. General Understanding of Agile Processes and Experience with product/ projects management in Agile Environment
