Job Title: HR Coordinator

As an HR Coordinator you will play a crucial role in supporting various human resources functions. You will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and other HR activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a passion for contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Assist in the screening and selection process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Onboarding:
- Facilitate new employee orientations.
- Prepare and maintain onboarding materials.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee queries and concerns.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Assist in HRIS data entry and updates.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
