Robert Half's Northern NJ client is looking for a Creative/Digital Project Coordinator for a long-term contract (~12 months). This position is full-time hours and is 1 day/week ONSITE in the Sussex County, NJ area. 1 day onsite, 4 days remote.
***emphasis on Project Management work, with a minor focus on campaign automation and Digital/Social support***
Project Planning and Management:
o Collaborate with the marketing team to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
o Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones.
o Coordinate and communicate project tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines.
• Campaign Automation and Execution:
o Assist with managing marketing automation platforms to drive successful campaigns.
o Assist in the development and execution of campaigns, including segmentation, nurturing, and identifying target audiences.
o Monitor campaign progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
o Ensure all marketing materials are accurate and compliant with industry regulations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Work closely with internal teams, including design, content, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of marketing projects.
o Foster strong relationships with team members and stakeholders to drive project success.
• Support Digital Social Team:
o Assist the digital social team in planning and executing social media campaigns.
o Provide support in content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking for social media initiatives.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
o Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness and provide insights for improvement.
• Quality Assurance:
o Conduct quality checks on marketing materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to branding guidelines.
o Identify and resolve issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Compliance and Regulatory Oversight:
o Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure marketing materials and campaigns comply with legal requirements.
o Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to review and approve marketing content.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing or project coordination, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
