Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant at Summit Advisory Group. The Executive Assistant will provide executive support, manage expense reports, handle communications, and offer administrative assistance. While the role is primarily located in Delray Beach, FL, there is flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
- Experience in managing expense reports
- Strong communication and administrative assistance abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
