Title – Project/Delivery Manager
Location- Dallas TX/Occasionally Visit
Term- Long term Contract
What we’re looking for:
- Strong background in ERP/supply chain or other complex enterprise grade projects. Able to mentor and guide the team to deliver a complex reengineering project touching manufacturing, warehouse, transport, integrated planning.
- Agile, goal-orient personality, driven to succeed, and always up for a challenge. Provide leadership to the team, and bring expert problem-solving ability to help ensure the team stays productive in a challenging re-engineering project.
- Experience working with offshore teams desirable, but not required.
- Able to thrive in a project environment that is transitioning from waterfall to agile. Can appropriately tailor project lifecycle process and deliverables, and work with the team to set expectations, and provide guidance.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, MS Project, Visio. Able to set up the right work items in Azure DevOps.
- Demonstrates a high degree of initiative, anticipates issues, proposes options and escalates appropriately when required.
