Oxford Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Communications Coordinator for a retail client. This role is key to ensuring smooth coordination and communication between teams, including offshore collaborators, while managing and manipulating workflow data. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, great attention to detail, and strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Success in this role depends on the ability to prioritize tasks, ensure accuracy, and collaborate effectively across global teams.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and communicate daily with offshore teams, ensuring clear task clarification, feedback, and follow-ups as needed.
- Regularly pull data from reporting tools, manipulate workflow data, and format it to meet internal and vendor standards.
- Organize and review multiple tasks and Excel documents daily for accuracy and completeness.
- Standardize text and data entry to ensure consistency and accuracy across reports.
- Track and prioritize tasks, providing regular feedback on progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Collaborate closely with the data asset team to facilitate asset management and task prioritization.
- Develop a deep understanding of the client’s eCommerce business and specific category needs.
- Test and refine workflows, coordinating feedback to improve process efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly in coordinating with offshore teams and across multiple stakeholders.
- Previous experience in project management, senior administrative roles, or similar positions.
- High attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn quickly.
- Familiarity with retail or eCommerce is a plus but not required.
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (formulas, data manipulation, shortcuts).
- Experience working with centralized reporting tools and manipulating data for reporting purposes.
- Familiarity with MS Planner, Outlook, and Teams.
