Our client is a top Am law firm, seeking a mid-level associate for its Intellectual Property Hatch Waxman Practice Group in New York, Chicago, Boston, Washington, DC or Philadelphia. The salary range for this position is between $240k to $290k.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Hatch Waxman litigation, including drafting briefs and participating in fact and expert discovery.
- Degree in chemistry, biology or related field is preferred.
- JD degree with strong academic credentials.
- Excellent writing and communication skills; team focused.
