About the Job
MedProU® is MedPro International’s proprietary education program for foreign-educated healthcare professionals administered through live, online, and self-study courses. The Clinical Instructor is responsible for the orientation training program to prepare MedPro International Healthcare Professionals for assignments in the United States.
What You’ll Do
· Work with international team members to identify, standardize, and deliver priority training programs to our healthcare professional
· Prepare and assist the healthcare professional for work and life in the U.S.
· Develop educational programs that can be delivered live, virtually, or through self-study
· Serve as liaison between the healthcare provider and the international team members to ensure a successful United States transition
· Assess new explorers before departure for assignment to ensure clinical readiness
· Assist with explorer remediation as needed when there are competency concerns
· Perform other duties as required.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Healthcare, Business, Nursing or related field.
· Active RN license (any state)
· Minimum of 2 years of critical care experience
· Teaching/ training experience preferred

· Working knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook
· Experience with Learning Management Systems preferred.
· Professional level presentation, written and oral communication
Compensation
· $80,000 base salary and 10% quarterly bonus
· Weekly Pay
