Focus:
- Handle a diverse caseload of consumer protection litigation
- Represent clients in state courts and various arbitration forums
- Manage cases from initial filing through resolution
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective legal strategies
- Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other court documents
Skill Set:
- 5-8 years of litigation experience
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Excellent oral advocacy abilities
- Passion for consumer rights and protection
- JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership required
- Experience in automotive-related litigation is a plus, but not required
