Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architectural Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about luxury building products, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have a proven track record of building relationships with architects, designers, owners and builders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, and builders in the commercial and residential markets.
- Educate and inform clients about our premium window and door products, highlighting their unique features, benefits, and custom design options.
- Provide expert guidance and support throughout the sales process, from initial contact to project completion.
- Build a pipeline of projects and relationships that grow sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and stay updated on industry trends.
- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, construction management or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development within the luxury building products industry.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and building codes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
