Job Description
Annual salary of $84,569 - $96,750

Purpose of the Job:
This role is responsible for overseeing and leading a Site Logistics Transformation within the Rochester Factory in readiness for the deployment of a new ERP solution. Specifically:
- Data purification & analysis of the Plan for Every Part (PFEP)
- Warehouse storage design & Assembly Point-of-Use (POU) design
- Machinery & equipment design and procurement
- Workforce & equipment planning
- Logistics process design
- Inventory transfer & rearrangement planning.
- Integration of supply chain requirements into warehouse design.
Key Responsibilities and Outcomes:
- Execute Rotork Business System Audits in readiness for system implementation, develop GAP analysis detail and deliver & execute a programme to remove gaps prior to system deployment.
- Act as a point of contact for the D365 Implementation Programme and as the conduit between the programme and the Operations Function for the Logistics & Warehouse functional area.
- Coordinate/provide the relevant SME/functional resources as required to support delivery of the D365 /Target Operating Model transformation programme.
- Lead Site Leadership and SMEs through change management to adopt the core D365 operations solution.
- Work with Subject Matter Experts to define/validate/sign off requirements/deliverables to ensure our solution meets global best practice or local needs.
- Lead and support Business Process change within the Rotork Rochester operation to align to Business system design and required workflow.
- Lead Logistics architecture / layout design and deployment using 3rd party contractors or on-site resources.
- Hold & report upon the consolidated Operations view of progress against solution & business readiness for functional area.
- Maintain and develop business process maps for Logistics operations.
Qualifications
Essential
- Minimum 5 years working in Logistics/Warehouse management and Logistics Engineering.
- Experience of manufacturing material management and replenishment procedures.
- Infrastructure change experience.
- Comfort working in a high-pressure environment, in agile and dynamic way to tackle unexpected & emerging issues.
- Demonstrable track record, and sufficient gravitas and experience, to deliver positive, high impact business outcomes and change.
- Experience managing senior internal & external stakeholders to provide information, drive decisions and resolve issues.
