Position Overview:
Provide administrative support to two attorneys and one paralegal in the Business Transactions & Tax department. Responsibilities include drafting documents, answering calls, handling mail, maintaining files, processing billing, and managing other clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and type routine documents
- Handle phone calls and take messages professionally
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Enter attorney time into the accounting system
- Organize and maintain filing
- Prepare stock certificates and work with Texas SOS website
- Process billing and invoices with attention to detail
Qualifications:
- Typing speed of 75 WPM
- Must HAVE experience supporting a LITIGATION attorney.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word
- Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- At least 2 years of legal secretarial experience
