Job Summary: The Junior Operational Excellence Associate plays a key role in supporting our continuous improvement efforts by creating and maintaining digital performance boards and assisting with various operational processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Performance Boards: Design and develop digital dashboards using tools like Power BI, Excel, or other relevant platforms. Ensure these boards accurately reflect key performance indicators (KPIs) for different functional areas.
- Collaboration: Work with the Operational Excellence (OE) team, team leads, and department heads to understand reporting needs and deliver accurate, real-time updates on performance.
- Support BMS Certification: Assist with the Business Management System certification process for employees completing training programs, contributing to the enhancement of operational excellence practices.
- Data Management: Collect, consolidate, and manage data for various operational excellence projects. Generate reports and presentations to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Support OE projects by documenting processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and recommending solutions.
- Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure consistent reporting. Provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Miscellaneous Duties: Perform other related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: BA/BS in Business Analytics, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Experience: Familiarity with KPI dashboards and data handling.
