Entegris is currently seeking a talented Maintenance Technician III. This position will be in our Billerica, MA facility. The ideal candidate will have a solid mechanical/electrical/electronic/pneumatic and hydraulic system background strong PC literacy interested in a fast-paced, environment, and be an excellent team player. 2nd Shift role 2:00 PM- 10:30 PM
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Perform preventative maintenance and repair on equipment (production and facilities) as required.
Provides repairs of production equipment and troubleshoots equipment to resolve issues in a timely fashion.
Disassemble and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and programming failures.
Recommend measures to reduce or eliminate industrial accidents and health hazards in compliance with OSHA standards.
Experience in hydraulic electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, and PLC systems
Schedule work of maintenance
Ensure safe handling of waste materials and maintain all water tower units to safe and acceptable health standards.
May be required to work irregular hours or return to the plant after the shift in the event of unexpected mechanical breakdowns or projects.
Ensure the highest possible product quality and adherence to Entegris’s Quality System, ISO, and/ or other standards.
Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively with machine vendors.
Compliance with OSHA guidelines and EHS program safety and health rules.
Maintain manuals of PM and replacement parts
Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Keep the work area free of debris.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Certificate / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Control and Automation Engineering requested.
Must be able to read and understand electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics, as well as assembly drawings for production machines.
Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical mechanical, and PLC systems
Ability to read voltmeter and other test instruments.
The position requires the employee to be able to lift to 60 lbs. without assistance.
The position also requires excessive standing, bending, and climbing (ladders, lifts, machines, etc.).
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of plant equipment, operations, and processes
