Job Title: Adventurer Product Coordinator (Contractor On-Site)
Reports to: Sr Advanced Concepts and Athlete Partnerships Manager
Location: Goleta, CA (on site)
The Role
We are looking for a talented and passionate teammate who helps drive our athlete partnership strategy and inspires people to get outdoors in our innovative products. The Adventurer Product Coordinator will be responsible for executing, implementing, and managing the needs of our athlete partnership strategy. This person will support communication, coordination, and sharing of insights and feedback to cross functional teams and ensure sports marketing initiatives are maximized to elevate the product and brand.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
- Works with all Teva cross functional teams (brand marketing, product marketing, sales, PR, social, etc.) to ensure consistency and achieve measurable results in all aspects of athlete needs.
- Product forecasting and supporting product order execution for key milestones
- Manages product testing feedback for Teva athletes and brand partners including sending out and receiving samples back, compiling insights, reporting out insights
- Assists in managing the relationship with Teva athletes, ambassadors, and key partners
- Supports contract negotiation with Deckers legal department, including management f all responsibilities outlined therein.
- Provides daily management and oversight of all outlined adventure athlete and partnership relationships
- Supports and processes annual, quarterly and project budgets, including invoices and contractual payment, and securing payments from outside contractors. Work closely with Teva cross functional teams to reconcile all budgetary expenses with strict adherence to internal processes and timelines.
- Works with Teva colleagues to coordinate support of branded events, including: event activation, athlete appearances, travel arrangements, and media appearances.
- Works to leverage athlete partnerships for event activation with the assistance of events team. Leads and works directly with product marketing for all specific co-branded, or licensed articles (footwear and apparel).
- Researches future event and athlete partnerships to maximize Teva activations.
Who You Are
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred
· 1-2 years of relevant experience in social media or marketing experience
· Collaborative and curious with an ability to quickly bring new ideas and solutions
· Organized and planful to ensure deadlines are met
· Able to manage multiple priorities

$26 - 28/hour
The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
