Role: Release Manager
Location: Austin TX
Salary: $100K – $110K Max

Job Summary.
As a critical collaborator within Product Operations, your primary responsibility will be governance and execution of all components of the release life cycle for all the deployments in the assigned business unit
Years of experience needed – 8+years
Technical Skills:
- Five years working as an enterprise software organization
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools in the cloud environment preferred (Bamboo, Bitbucket, git, Harness)
- Knowledge of BMC remedy Jira , Confluence preferred
- Strong experience or understanding of ticketing systems detail oriented, understanding of sequencing
- 2+ years of experience in running complex and physical applications. A key role of this resource will be lead teams through the release process. Ability to define deployment plans, identify deployment ,dependencies, define deployment timelines for releases.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including multiple evenings per week for release at night implementations
- Interpersonal negotiation, facilitation, analytical , problem solving, influencing , prioritization , decision making and conflict resolution skills
- Strong ownership mentally with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to partner with the Scrum Masters/ Developers/ Production owners during the release management process and be willing to capable of participating as a role as other roles if necessary
- Experienced in Agile mythologies SCM and DevOps best practices preferred
Certifications Needed:
- Good to have Dev Ops Certifications
