Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of opticians and sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Monitor and analyze sales performance, and adjust tactics as needed to ensure targets are met.
- Customer Experience: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, from eyewear selection to fitting and aftercare. Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring that the store is well-stocked with a variety of eyewear and accessories. Manage ordering and replenishment processes.
- Staff Training: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure that all operational procedures are followed, including visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest optical products, lens technologies, and fashion trends to effectively advise customers and enhance their shopping experience.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
