Position: Director of Veterinary Medicine
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Director of Veterinary Medicine to join our team. As the Director of Veterinary Medicine, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, overseeing medical operations, and ensuring the highest standards of care for our animal patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the veterinary medical team
- Oversee medical operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Develop and implement medical protocols and procedures
- Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of veterinary staff
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and client service
- Stay informed about advancements in veterinary medicine and incorporate best practices into our operations
- Act as a liaison between the medical team and senior management -

Requirements:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution
- Licensed to practice veterinary medicine in the jurisdiction
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a veterinary setting
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to make decisions under pressure and prioritize patient care
- Commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and veterinary practice management software
