Insight Global is looking for Supply Chain Specialists to work in Tempe, AZ for a large enterprise retail/logistics client. You will be joining the Global Mile team within the Inbound Planning and Execution (IPEX) division, which supports all the imports of goods and freight coming in from outside of the US. On a day-to-day basis, you will be managing the processes and heavily communicating between carriers and facilities by scheduling, coordinating, and communicating to ensure all freight and parcels are going to the correct fulfillment centers. This communication is done via e-mail and through a chat system, so little to no phone support will be necessary. We are looking for candidates who have sharp Excel skills including experience with SUM, average, formulas, and pivot tables/v lookups preferably. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-Bachelor's Degree OR 3+ years of relevant professional experience
-Proficient experience using Excel (pivot tables, v lookups, formulas, etc.)
-Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
-Must be a quick learner and able to work in a fast-paced environment
-Must be comfortable coming into the office 2 days per week
Compensation:
$20.80/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
