Title: Supply Management Planner
Location: Dubuque, IA
Duration: 12-24 Months
Open to recent graduates.
This position is onsite from day one to receive hardware and ensure systems access. We are currently working remote but once the return to office plans are started, we will work from the office. Internet capability at their home is required. Start time is between 6am-8am CST, working a full 8-hour shift, no planned OT at this time. In the event OT is required, it is usually very minimal.

- FILL
- On Time Delivery
- FLASH & Backorder Cycle Time
- Delinquencies
- Experience with SAP or Excel is plus
- Ability to communicate well with people from different job functions via email and phone
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task. Experience with materials planning or buying is plus
Description:
Performs the duties of a Supply Management Planner I. Communicates with suppliers on a day-to-day basis regarding schedule releases. Schedules requirements for purchased material such as economic order quantities optimal inventory level delivery and material replenishment. Responsible for the implementation of optimal logistics processes and the material management systems within the unit and for the logistic performance of the suppliers. Provides support services to Supply Management Specialists.
