What will you do?
- Follow up & resolve all guest concerns in a timely & friendly passion.
- Ensure gift shop is maintained at all times
- Check in / out guest reservations & ensure payment received.
- Creating "Daily Affirmations" with events of the day, VIP guests, etc.
- Carrying out activities (night audit review, setting up group billing, controlling and placing orders for supplies, cross-departmental communication) required for the smooth functioning of the Front Office.
- Assisting the Front Office Manager with any other given tasks, such as scheduling, monthly departmental meetings, purchasing of guest supplies, etc.
- Acting as a liaison between upper management and line staff
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
