Vaco is seeking an experienced IT Leader (Manager or Director) to join our clients team, full time and fully onsite in the Northern Cincinnati area.
This position is 5 days a week in office.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and documenting our current IT state, creating a future state roadmap, and managing our IT team and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and document the current IT state, create a future state roadmap.
- Manage IT personnel and budget.
- Oversee the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics.
- Plan and execute future cloud migration (Azure).
- Upgrade or identify a suitable new CMS system.
- Improve reporting and develop a comprehensive reporting strategy.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT management or directorial roles.
- 10+ years of technical experience
- 3+ years of IT Leadership experience
- Strong Microsoft knowledge and background, specifically heavy Dynamics experience
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics and cloud migration (Azure).
- Experience with CMS systems, particularly Magento.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong budgeting and project management abilities.
