A premier hospital in Westchester is currently seeking an experienced RN for a promising position as a Manager of Case Management. The successful candidate will possess leadership, clinical expertise, and hospital knowledge.
Responsibilities:
The Manager, Case Management will:
- Be responsible for the overall operations of case management in conjunction with the UM Manager
- Overall operations for the department including quality assurance and PI plan
- Participate in the hospital Performance Improvement Program
Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with RN license required
- Master's Degree in Nursing preferred
- Hospital experience required
- Previous Case Management experience required
- Knowledge of healthcare financial, regulatory and payer issue setting required
