Work Arrangement: This position offers a hybrid work model. However, candidates must complete a mandatory two-month on-site training. After training, employees will spend some additional time with their unit before transitioning to hybrid work.

Role Description
As an Associate Underwriter, your day-to-day tasks will include reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating insurance applications. You will work closely with our experienced team to determine risk levels and set appropriate premium rates for commercial property and casualty coverage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, or related fields
- Demonstrates integrity, optimism, ambition and a strong worth ethic
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and general computer systems
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Comprehensive on-site training for approximately 2 months in Edmond or Chandler, Oklahoma
- Hybrid work options available post-training and major milestones
