An ideal candidate will be experienced in all facets of plaintiff-side litigation. They will be responsible for developing case strategy and tactics to effectively represent clients, taking and defending depositions, court appearances, motion practice, and trial prep. A hired candidate will join a team of highly skilled litigators and will be involved in complex Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice cases.
